I provide a safe space where you can say how you feel or what is happening for you. In a session I use Creative Kinesiology to help you hear what your body is saying to you through the symptoms or difficulties you may have. These symptoms are your body speaking and a story may need to be heard for your symptoms to improve. We work together to discover what your body wants to show you, what needs to be seen or heard, and what help you most need to resolve things for yourself.
As well as listening to how you feel, I also use body work, energy work, gentle massage and acupressure points, essences and a myriad of other healing methods. Your own body will guide us to what is the best way to release stress so your body can find balance and you can move on in your life.
It's a co-creative way of working, where I assist you with finding your own answers. I particularly enjoy this self-empowering way of helping others and have personally found it immensely helpful in following my intuition, managing anxiety and improving my relationship with my own body.
