Personal Sessions

Kinesiology is a powerful healing method for those interested in finding the story behind physical, mental, emotional, nutritional or spiritual symptoms. Viewing our life as a sacred story,  means we can find the origins of our problems and allow the past to be healed, leaving us free to resume life's journey with renewed purpose and vision.

What happens in a session? 
An initial consultation allows you to say how you are feeling or what is happening for you. Creative Kinesiology works through accepting and witnessing the unfolding story behind your symptoms, using gentle non-invasive healing techniques from Applied Kinesiology and other both ancient and modern healing systems. Sessions are fully clothed and last approx 1 hr.

What is Muscle Testing?

Kinesiologists act rather like detectives using the wonderful tool of muscle testing to help follow clues from the body which allow your story to be told.  It can be that symptoms are due to a nutritional difficulty; your feelings about a past event; something you have inherited ancestrally; an environmental issue, or something completely different and unique to you.
