A deeply relaxing way of healing mind & body and developing spiritually. Reiki is a "hands-on" treatment, using Universal Energy to help physical ailments eg. bad backs, muscle tension or recovery after trauma or operations. It is also very effective in soothing strong emotions, stress or anxiety.

Massage with Reiki
A delicious way to soothe mind, body and spirit and feel beautiful inside out. Helps muscle tension and is wonderful for soothing raw nerves or emotional ups and downs.

Hopi Ear Candles with Lympathic Facial
A very relaxing treatment which helps blocked ears and noses or to help inflamed sinuses.  Great before a flight to ease discomfort.  The lymphatic facial will help lymph drainage from the sinus area.
