Welcome to my Natural Healing Practice
Hello....I offer individual one-to-one sessions in both kinesiology and trauma release, for your healing and wellbeing and facilitate professional kinesiology training courses.
I am trained to work deeply with stress and emotion, and a wide range of human experiences emotions and experiences.
You are most welcome for a 1-1 session in-person in Exmouth, Devon or to choose an online session. If you'd like to attend a kinesology training course please get in touch.
1-1 individual sessions:
I run an inclusive practice and work with all ages, backgrounds, genders and sexual orientations.
The 1-1 work I do tends to include release of stress or trauma so that you can expand and feel more positive or purposeful in body, mind and spirit.
You might want help with managing stress, or support through life transitions such as adolescence, divorce, redundancy or finding life after children. Or maybe you want relief from injuries that don’t heal, energy levels, body pain or just a tune up and to feel healthier or more creative.
More recently I work with the powerful gateway of Menopause and Getting Older, helping you to feel empowered enough to create a positive fulfilling new life beyond.
I am equally happy to explore the Gateway of Death and soul life beyond the veil. That may be planning a funeral, dealing with fears or helping you feel comfortable with the concept.

I have a special interest in indigenous and ancient healing practices including dowsing, kinesiology muscle testing, Native American Medicine, the Mayan Calendar & Mayan Astrology and Chinese Energy Medicine.
All treatments are gentle and non-invasive. They include acupressure, kinesiology energy medicine, massage, bodywork, energy work, reiki, essences. Sometimes I may include teachings on spiritual connection or aspects of astrology, ritual and personal ceremony if relevant for you.

My approach:
The approach I have towards health and wellness is not conventional or scientific. It seems to work for many people. Our ancient Ancestors believed that many emotional and physical problems relate to a sickness of the Spirit. Remembering our connection to Nature, The Earth and the Stars can help soothe an anxious soul.
