About me:
I have a special interest in native indigenous cultures and healing practices.
These interests were sparked by my degree at Newcastle University in social anthropology and sociology, late 1980s.
I fell in love with dowsing and kinesiology because they’re both powerful ways of talking and listening to the wisdom of your own body.

Way of working:
I work with you over a series of sessions.
We follow your body's innate intelligence and aim to assist your body’s own healing systems.
I listen, and help you explore the story behind your symptoms, finding out what is needed for wellness and nourishment. Listening deeply, bodywork and energy medicine are key components of my practice.
My work generally involves addressing mental, emotional and spiritual aspects, even to resolve physical problems.
Most people are surprised at how much better they can feel after a series of sessions.

Training
I have over 25 years experience of practicing and teaching in the field of natural holistic health.
I am trained in Creative Kinesiology by the originator and long term mentor, Carrie Jost, and also by Natalie Davenport. My background is in massage and somatic bodywork, reiki and all sorts of energy healing methods and arts.
Whilst living in Central and South America I developed a long term passion for the magic of the Mayan culture and trained in Mayan Fire teachings and astrology with indigenous Mayan shamens, particularly Jose Coutino. I have followed the Mayan Calendar ever since.
I have reflected deeply with the magic of the Native American Medicine Wheel and completed a full cycle of Vision Quest Gateway Ceremonies and beyond. I monitor and run vision quests for others around inner magic, healing and personal development.
I’ve also worked with indigenous Aboriginal cultural leaders and studied traumatic sexual practices affecting African women.
Whilst in Peru, I trained as a meditation and mindfulness teacher with teachers Ishvarya and Rudra.

Private Practice:
I’m fully qualified as an advanced kinesiologist, masseuse, Reiki Master Teacher, energy worker, somatic body worker, and practitioner in the neuroscience of the Vagus Nerve and nervous system trauma release.
I have worked in private practice for over 25 years with clients on a one to one basis. Much of my work has focused around settling the nervous system and releasing trauma and stress in order to feel lighter.
Many people come wanting help with finding purpose in life, following intuition, expanding gifts, heightened sensitivity, or increasing creativity. More recently I also work with those coming to terms with death, menopause and getting older.

Professional Teaching:
As an experienced teacher I have spent over 20 years training natural health therapists. I have run many professional Creative Kinesiology trainings focusing on teaching how to feel safe, release of trauma, nutrition, biochemistry, neurobiology, expansion of spiritual gifts, deep exploration of inner self and relief and healing of physical ailments and pain.
Many of my students now run their own professional practices and I act as a Mentor both to fledgling kinesiology practitioners and to experienced therapists who are looking for expansion and someone who can hold their process.
I am currently taking a break from my own professional teaching whilst I focus on writing new course material and training new kinesiology teachers.
