About myself:
I have a special interest in native indigenous cultures, and magical healing practices. I link these with modern approaches to bodywork and trauma release therapies.
These interests were sparked by my degree at Newcastle University in sociology & anthropology in the late 1980s.
I fell in love with dowsing and kinesiology because they’re both powerful ways of listening to the wisdom of your own body and understanding what is needed to heal.

Training & experience:
I am a natural healing and kinesiology practitioner and kinesiology teacher with over 25 years experience. I have qualified in many disciplines including kinesiology, like meditation, massage, somatic style bodywork, reiki and all sorts of energy healing methods and arts. I teach both Creative Kinesiology and Touch for Health.
I am also trained in modern Vagus Nerve approaches to regulating the nervous system informed by Polyvagal Neuroscience.
If you're interested in healing as a vocation, I run professional kinesiology training courses. (New series of professional courses starting soon.) Many of my students now run their own professional practices. I act as a Mentor to fledgling kinesiologists and healers looking for expansion and someone who can hold their process.
I had a long professional relationship with Carrie Jost, the Founder of Creative Kinesiology, until she died in 2023. I assisted her to run the School of Creative Kinesiology for many years. She was a long term mentor and guiding influence in the way I work.
When I was living in Central & South America I discovered a passion for the Mayan Calendar and studied with indigenous Mayan teachers, particularly Jose Coutino. I run magical healing journeys and courses based on kinesiology with Mayan and Native American Medicine Wheel teachings.
I am grateful to have studied with many other wonderful teachers along the way too numerous to mention here.
