This course introduces you to Creative Kinesiology’s unique body-tracking approach which is the method we use to help you listen to your body. You will gain skills in body-tracking and learn the basics of becoming a body detective using kinesiology muscle-testing. You will also be shown the fundamentals of ancient Chinese energy medicine and use of subtle energy tools that encourage health, vitality and inner wisdom.
These are wonderful life skills you can use at home to keep yourself in good health and well-being, as well as for supporting friends and family. This is a foundation course in kinesiology that is packed with self-help tools for health and vitality.

Course costs:
LifeTracking Foundation - £1050, includes LifeTracking manuals, refreshments and mentoring during the course.

Extra costs:
- This course requires you to receive individual personal sessions during the course as part of the homestudy - a minimum of 1 session to be taken in between modules. Sessions with myself are charged at a rate of £45. Other practitioners may charge more.
- Touch For Health text book £35 approx.
- Practical Assessment approx £60 - essential for certification
Homestudy requirements:
As well as the personal sessions mentioned above, you are also required to complete 12 case studies, 2 questionnaires and do background reading and home research around the subject.
